50 on blu ray so thought what's the harm? But it's a very poor film, don't let the synopsis mislead you, or the box art - Jet Li isn't even in that much, it's a daft mix a 'comedy' and martial arts, neither of which works. What Jet Li was even thinking getting involved in this is mind boggling. It's not even sure what it really wants to be, Kung Fu Hustle, Shaolin Soccer, Rush Hour and Police Story I guess but it comes absolutely nowhere near any of them. Whilst it does have a couple of ok at best fight/action scenes, the 'comedy is cringe worthy, with emberassing cartoon noises through out and very shonky needless special effects. It really may of been a good film if played straight with an actual plot and likable characters. However Ada Liu as one of the female cast members is absolutely beautiful and deserves a star all for herself, add that to the one for the passable fight scenes and it's gets 2 stars. There's far far better martial arts films out there so try one of hundreds of others.
