Basically a whole bunch of mumbo-jumbo about Mr. Smith has an encryption chip to block out the satellite when they are transferring money from accounts in a bank to an account set up in Cuba (including giving Castro a piece of the profits, of course). They need 50 million dollars in cash to get it running though, and they expect to make 1 or 2 billion in return. Patsy, an older captain that none of the other guys like, he says no and walks out of the meeting. The other guys agree to front the money. There's a lot of filler scenes to make it a feature-length film; like them eating and drinking at restaurants, at home, at their social club... wherever; and scenes where they're killing or beating someone up to make themselves look like tough guys. They go to Florida (where the cameraman really had some choppy steadiness problems, resulting in that scene being wobbly looking). In Florida, Nicky kills Mr. Smith instead of paying for the chip, and tells Austin to get it to his guy in NASA. They pull off their wire transfer crime and get 1 billion dollars.
Meanwhile, Austin is kidnapped, but Danny and Robert saves him. Thanks to Austin setting up surveillance cameras, they also caught the FBI on tape planting evidence. Back to the start of the movie, where they're at a sitdown with Jimmy. Jimmy tells them no, they can't kill Patsy, but after he leaves, Danny tells them to kill Patsy anyway. So Patsy and his crew are killed. At a celebration, Danny tells Nicky that Robert and Austin has to be killed so that there's no connection. They get gunned down. A month later, in Italy somewhere, Nicky tells Danny that he wants out... and the movie ends. ***END SPOILER*** The filler scenes were so corny, but even those wouldn't have been noticeable if the filming was good. Even reality TV shows are better quality... even camera newsmen have better quality filming! They should have hired a cameraman from one of their local TV news! It was a wannabe of The Godfather and Goodfellas. It's for free to watch on Prime, otherwise I would not buy or rent it.

But this movie is very enjoyable, especially if you like mob movies. I watched it probably ten times or more so far. This doesn't have the quality (or budget) from the likes off Goodfellas or Casino but it's still a very good movie. Personally I think Danny Provenzano should ACT in more movies.
