Let's assume you get to a match, and ignore the fact you're probably against level 30 people with 50 masteries, even though it's your first match, that's HiRez' and the low playerbase's fault. Chances are you have 300+ms latency to the server. If you sidestep while shooting you can see your projectiles spawning where you were a second ago, impossible to aim at moving targets, be them minions or players. No way you can chain skills, not even a simple Herc combo. Why does this happen? The answer is pretty simple. Matches are randomly hosted in servers in different parts of the world I live in Uruguay, but one match might be hosted in CHILE, another one in ARGENTINA, one in SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL, and the last one in MIAMI, USA.
