I followed the directions exactly with the only change being the printer setting as the directions say change the setting to photo paper but the closest I had was "heavy paper. " All my designs came out perfectly because I was patient with following each step and became familiar with each piece of film provided as it looks confusing at first when first opening the package. I would definitely use this product again. I think if there were any issues with this, it's either the printer, the printer settings, or not becoming familiar with the film and the different sides it has as each side is for a different purpose in creating the rub-on.
